Neuromuscular Case Vignettes

Note the marked prolongation of distal latency of the right median nerve motor response (normal < 4.1 ms) and also prolongation of right ulnar nerve motor distal latency at the wrist (normal <3.8 ms). There is also slowing of the conduction velocity  of the right ulnar motor response at the elbow.  Also note the severely prolonged latency of the right median SNAP and low amplitude (with normal latency) of the right ulnar SNAP. These findings are consistent with multiple entrapments (right median and ulnar nerves at the wrist and right ulnar nerve at the elbow).
